Custom Piece Request Form

We’ve gotten quite a few requests for customization, and while we don’t create entirely new pieces, we can offer some choice in selection of jade pieces, types of metal, and more. If you fill out this form to get started, we’ll review and get back. Please note that custom orders will add a 30% additional fee. A 50% USD deposit of the total price is required to start your custom order. Custom orders can take around 4-8 weeks to complete. Thank you!
