How do I clean my jewelry?
Metals may tarnish over time. To clean, wipe gently with a jewelry polishing cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners on jade.

Are your jade pieces treated?
All our jade is natural and untreated, preserving its unique color and texture.

How accurate are your jade colors portrayed online?
Our jade pieces are natural and the colors in our photos are not retouched. Because each piece of jade is unique, variations in color, shape, and size are normal. Please also note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting conditions and camera settings.

How do I add my charm to a necklace?
Our charm openings range from approximately 5mm- 6mm. We recommend that charms be placed on necklaces that have more delicate chain and clasp sizes. Please add charms carefully, and do not try to force a chain or clasp through the opening to protect your charm and necklace.
